Les Blue Knights XIII de Laval donate $1,050 to the REA Foundation!

On Friday, July 24, the REA Foundation had the pleasure of welcoming members of the Blue Knights XIII de Laval to the Institut Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal (IRGLM) to recognize their generous $1,050 donation.

The visit provided an opportunity to share a warm and meaningful moment with the members of this motorcycle club while enjoying refreshments generously provided by our partner, Tim Hortons. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for helping make this gathering even more enjoyable!

A Moment of Solidarity and Resilience

The Blue Knights XIII de Laval were joined by Michèle Forget, a former patient of the Institut Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal (IRGLM), who underwent an extensive rehabilitation journey following a motorcycle accident. After several weeks of treatment and rehabilitation, Michèle continues to move forward with resilience and now shares her story to inspire others facing similar challenges.

The Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club is a non-profit organization made up of active and retired law enforcement officers who are dedicated to supporting communities through a variety of charitable and community initiatives.

Thanks to the support of dedicated donors and partners, the REA Foundation helps enhance the quality of care, supports innovative rehabilitation projects, and promotes the well-being of individuals receiving services through its affiliated healthcare institutions.
