Kindergarten Graduation at Raymond-Dewar!

The Raymond-Dewar Physical Rehabilitation Centre recently hosted a wonderful kindergarten graduation ceremony for its young graduates. A simple yet meaningful moment celebrating the journey and progress of the children supported by Raymond-Dewar, who live with hearing or communication challenges. In a warm and caring atmosphere, each child received their diploma.

A small symbolic gesture, but one filled with pride for the children, their families, and the professionals who support them every day. One of the highlights of the morning was the commemorative photo: the children joined the professionals, all wearing their graduation caps and proudly holding their diplomas. Together, they shared a simple moment filled with smiles, pride, and connection.

A joyful and inclusive celebration for everyone

The deaf and signing clown Pafolie made the day even more special with her visual and accessible humour. She brought laughter to the children and created wonderful moments of joy for everyone. Families also had the opportunity to connect with the professionals, strengthening the bond between the teams and the children’s loved ones.

After the diploma ceremony, the organizers provided snacks, including cookies generously donated by Félix & Norton, adding a delicious touch to the celebration.

The children also received books donated by the children’s publisher Éditions Les Malins, allowing them to extend the joy of this special day at home. We sincerely thank these partners for their generous contributions.
