Make a donation to the REA Foundation on the occasion of Giving Tuesday!

Giving Tuesday is the largest global movement dedicated to generosity. Created in 2012 with the goal of encouraging people to do good for one day, this movement quickly spread worldwide, inspiring hundreds of millions of people to give and support organizations. In 2023, more than 43 million dollars were raised for 47 local community movements in Canada alone!

For several years now, the REA Foundation has proudly joined this significant movement. Once again this year, your donations can make a difference by supporting the REA Foundation’s mission, which is dedicated to physical rehabilitation.

Looking Back on the First Recognition Evening of the REA Foundation…

During our first recognition evening, we announced a special initiative to highlight the individuals and organizations honored at this event for their commitment. These include:

• Our most frequently recognized exceptional individuals from 2018 to 2023

• Our donors who contributed over $100,000

• Our members of the major campaign cabinet

• Our boutique volunteers

• Our top fundraisers from the Défi

• Our members of organizing committees

• Certain beneficiaries who shared their testimonials

To pay tribute to all these individuals, recognition frames have been installed in three of our rehabilitation centers:

• Centre de réadaptation Lucie-Bruneau
• Centre de réadaptation Raymond-Dewar
• Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay de Montréal

These frames will allow everyone to see the dedication and support that these exceptional individuals have contributed to the cause of rehabilitation.

The Foundation would like to once again express its heartfelt gratitude to all those who contribute to the advancement of our mission, in any way they can.

The end of 2024 was once again highlighted by our partnership with BÔSAPIN, a local company that allows you to purchase your Christmas tree and decorations, all delivered by a wooden soldier.

During this festive season, 20% of purchases made through our BÔSAPIN link were donated to support the Foundation’s mission. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised a total of $860—a record compared to last year—through 64 orders placed in support of the Foundation!

Once again this year, our collaboration with BÔSAPIN, combined with your invaluable support, helped raise essential funds to support rehabilitation efforts and improve the lives of thousands of patients at our centers during the holiday season.
